Built because the
problem was personal.
Hatstaq was started because I was tired of being the bottleneck in my own business (a jiu-jitsu academy).
Like most founders, I spent years wearing every hat: the marketer, the admin, the analyst, sales, and coach on the mat. I was 'on' 24/7 — not because the work was hard, but because it was constant. I realized I wasn't running a business; I was managing a series of never-ending tasks.
I wanted a way to reclaim my time without compromising the business I had worked so hard to build. I needed systems that could wear the hats for me — with the same care I did, but on autopilot.
That's the philosophy behind Hatstaq. We don't build tech for the sake of tech. We build the operational infrastructure that gives you the freedom to choose how you spend your day — whether that's focused on high-level growth or being present with your family.
You keep the founder's hat.
We'll build the staq for the rest.
